I applied via a LinkedIn job ad - will I be considered for this role?

Yes! If you have completed your AI onboarding interview, you will be considered for this role (and more roles similar to it!). There’s nothing more for you to do at this point. If the employer is interested they will request a call, keep an eye on your email inbox for notifications and make sure to complete your profile.

How does auto-pilot work?

Auto-pilot means all your applications are being handled for you. Forget manual processes with CVs and cover letters. Your profile will automatically get matched with relevant opportunities and the employers will make the first move to request an introductory call.

Why can’t I see any jobs listed on Calyptus?

Calyptus is a match-maker instead of a jobs board. As long as your skills, experience and preferences are up-to-date, then our platform will take care of everything else - relevant employers will apply to you on your terms.

What counts as being skilled in AI or automation tools?

We look for real-world use - not just theoretical knowledge. That might mean describing a workflow you built in Zapier, demonstrating masterful prompts or ‘hacks’ in ChatGPT, or screen-recording how you use AI to code, optimize campaigns or automate manual tasks.

How can I stand out?

What matters most is impact. The more measurable your outcomes, the better. Additional points for achieving these outcomes in a constrained environment (time pressure, minimal resources, high competition). Constraints breed the best examples of creativity and fast-thinking from a top 1% professional.

Will my current employer know I’m on Calyptus?

No. Your profile is private and only shared with potential employers if there's a mutual fit. We do not make any candidate data public.

How will I know when I’ve got an interview with an employer?

You’ll get notified via email and/or your Calyptus dashboard. Our team will guide you through the process and help you prepare when needed.
