Adrien played a pivotal role at Improbable.io, growing the team from 15 to 1000+ over eight years. Most recently, he’s been leveraging his experience building mission driven cultures within the Windranger Labs, BitDAO and Mantle ecosystems where he’s been curing his technology and gaming itch.

Stephanie Vieira has a background in hyperscale recruiting from startups like Zenefits as well as significant experience recruiting executives to some of the top tech companies such as AWS and Meta. At Notable Capital (fka GGV Capital), she advised on key people strategies as well as placed senior executives, advisors, and board members within the portfolio. Currently, she leads recruiting and HR functions at OP Labs PBC, supporting the Optimism Collective’s mission to scale Ethereum.
