EMPLOYER REFERRAL SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Employer Referral Scheme ("Scheme") operated by Calyptus Limited ("Calyptus," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2. The Platform is operated by Calyptus Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 13822106, with a registered address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
1.3. By participating in the Scheme, you ("Referrer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
1.4. The Scheme is open to individuals and businesses worldwide, but it is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Scheme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of Calyptus and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Employers referred must be new to Calyptus and must successfully sign up and become a paying customer for our services.
3. Referral Rewards
3.1. A Referrer is eligible to earn a $100 (USD) reward for each unique employer referred who successfully signs up for Calyptus services.
3.2. A referral is deemed successful only when the referred employer becomes a paying SaaS client or officially signs as a Pay-per-hire client.
3.3. The $100 reward will be paid within 60 days of verification of the referred employer’s successful sign-up.
3.4. There is no limit to the number of employers a Referrer can refer.
4. Quarterly Bonus
4.1. Every calendar quarter, the top referrer who has successfully referred the highest number of employers will be eligible for a $5,000 (USD) bonus.
4.2. In the event of a tie, the bonus will be split among the tied Referrers.
4.3. The $5,000 bonus will be paid in USDC (USD Coin) in three (3) monthly installments.
4.4. Bonus winners will be notified within 30 days after the end of each quarter.
5. Referral Process
5.1. Referrers must use their unique referral link provided by Calyptus to track referrals otherwise, the Company must state your full name as the source of referral during their platform onboarding.
5.2. The referred employer must not be an existing client of Calyptus.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Payments will be made via the payment method chosen by Calyptus, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or USDC.
6.2. Any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the Referrer.
6.3. Payments may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Fraudulent Activity
7.1. Calyptus reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any referrals suspected of fraud, spam, or manipulation. 7.2. Referrers engaging in fraudulent activity may be banned from the Scheme and forfeit any earned rewards.
8. Modification and Termination
8.1. Calyptus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated via our website or direct email notification.
9. Liability
9.1. Calyptus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Scheme.
9.2. The total liability of Calyptus under this Scheme shall not exceed the total amount of referral rewards earned by the Referrer.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
