ATS Integration
Follow these steps to successfully connect the needed ATS to your Calyptus profile:
1. Log in to your Calyptus account.
2. Go to Settings > Integration tab.
3. Click ‘Connect’.
4. Enter the API Key if needed for the selected ATS. (The key should be generated on ATS side)
Or accept access request and log in into the selected ATS.
Use the Calyptus Integration
Once the integration setup is complete, you can begin leveraging the full benefits our seamless synchronization with ATS.
With this integration, recruiters and hiring managers can:
Post Job Positions from ATS into Calyptus, ensuring a single source of truth for all candidate data

Manage Candidates sync from Calyptus efficiently.
In Candidate Pool select the Job Position Imported from ATS and contact the Candidate.

Once the Candidate is contacted you can navigate to Chats and sync the Candidate to ATS by clicking “Send to ATS”
Additionally, the Candidate can be synced from Applicants.
To do so, navigate to Jobs in the menu on the left -> click on Job Position imported from ATS -> open Applications tab -> click on the Applicant -> click “Send to ATS”
